The Weber Smokey Mountain is produced from porcelain-enamelled steel
It features 2 cooking levels
The water pan that sits above the coals acts to regulate the temperature inside the smoker as well as creating a more moist atmosphere within the chamber, leading to moist and tender food.
Handy aluminium fuel door on the front
The smoker itself contains a mounted thermometer to allow you to keep track of the internal temperature of the cooking area, while there is a silicone sealed hole for the cable of a remote thermometer so you can keep an eye on the internal temperature of the food whilst cooking.
