Job Purpose
As a Coffee Hut Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our coffee hut, crafting delicious drinks and snacks while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. You’ll work as part of a passionate team to ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
•Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth day-to-day operations.
•Operate the till, and handle card payments.
•Prepare and serve high-quality barista coffees, ice creams, paninis, and waffles, with attention to presentation.
•Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
What we’re looking for in our team members
•You have a natural ability to make people feel welcome and bring a smile to their faces.
•Passionate about food, drink, and teamwork, with a strong work ethic.
•Able to thrive in a busy environment, handling multiple tasks with confidence and enthusiasm.
•Welsh language skills are advantageous
While previous experience in hospitality as a barista, waiter, or waitress is helpful, it’s not essential. What matters most to us is that you’re hands-on with a positive attitude.
