Each year we receive hundreds of donation requests from worthy local causes. Due to the volume of applications that we receive we have a policy of submitting each request into a monthly raffle which we pick at random to be presented with restaurant afternoon tea vouchers that can be used for fundraising activities, raffles and charity events.

When asking for donations please fill in the form on this page at least four weeks before the event in order to be entered into the monthly draw.

Due to the volume of applications that we receive we, unfortunately, will only contact you if your request has been successful in the draw.

School Visits

Our team enjoy giving a guided tour of our garden centre to local school children for free and we will happily show you around for a 20-minute session in Welsh and English if we are able to accommodate on the day. If for any reason we have staff shortages and are unable to do this bilingually we are happy to let you know and re organize the session for you. Please indicate at the time of booking if you would require this.

If you would like to enjoy refreshments in our restaurant after, we can provide these for £1.50 per child a glass of squash and delicious biscuit or piece of fruit.

Visits can only be booked with a min of two weeks notice between the hours of 9am-11am on either a Wednesday or Thursday.

To request a session please email lona.frongoch@gmail.com with your contact name, email, telephone number, preferred visit date, time, number of children and refreshment option if required. We will then contact you to confirm the booking for you. If for any reason you do not hear back from us, please call on 01286 672212.

Please note, these sessions tend to be booked up in advance. We will do our very best to accommodate you  but be aware all bookings will need to be confirmed by our team prior to the visit. We will be unable to accommodate any unconfirmed bookings.
