To help reduce the carbon footprint and mileage we have set delivery days to your area based on postcodes. Items will be left in the garden or safe place if you are not home to receive it.

All Areas: We will contact you to arrange a delivery day.

CLICK AND COLLECT

This is a next day collection service. Orders placed for ‘click and collect’ will be available for collection the following working day between 12 noon and 5pm, Monday – Saturday. We will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.

Orders placed on a Saturday & Sunday will not be available to collect until after 12 noon on the Monday.

Collecting Orders

Please come to customer services with a copy of your order confirmation on your phone or printed out as proof of purchase.

HEAVY ITEM DELIVERY

Charges shown above are for a one-man delivery. Heavy items will be moved as far as it is safe to do so; H&S to be assessed by the delivery driver.

Two Man Delivery: £35 extra charge.
