Description: A medium-sized, umbrella-shaped, deciduous tree producing semi-double, disc-shaped flowers in a unique sugar pink colour with a distinctive dark central eye in mid-late April. The green foliage turns rich red-crimson in autumn.
History: Received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
Prunus Growing Tips: Best grown in well-drained soil, in full sun to achieve the best autumn colour. Will tolerate most soil types including chalk, and clay.
