We use the freshest ingredients available

We use local suppliers for our meat and vegetables, supplied by people we know and trust. So, for example, our beef is supplied by our local butcher in Caernarfon from stock exclusively reared in Gwynedd & Anglesey.

All of our cakes & traybakes are baked here, on-site in our kitchens, which is why they are so fresh and tasty.

We offer many healthy alternatives to your favourite treats. Moist brownies made with sweet potato, our tasty gluten-free treats & we now have soya milk & vegan flapjacks.

Fresh scones are baked throughout the day and are often still warm when we serve them.
