Everyone has the right to independence – especially those who live with Dementia within our society.

We are delighted to be able to work collaboratively with the Rural Gwynedd Innovation on the ‘Wondering Safely’ scheme. This scheme enables people with Dementia to wander around our centre independently and safely.
